I’m Paul and this is me in a nutshell….
- started shooting at the age of seven – cut my teeth on school functions and events and then weddings soon after matric – became head printer at Kodak Howick first year out of school
- self taught and working as part-time freelance photographer for many years in South Africa and theUK
- became head of large format digital printing at FotoFirst, Fourways, JHB
- became first assistant (full-time) to top professional commercial photographers: Michael Lewis, Vanessa Lewis and Nick van Renin for the better part of three years
- went full-time professional freelance photographer some years ago now
- I have been specialising in property photography for the past seven years
- I work from my studio, based in Merrivale in the KZN Midlands, when I’m not out shooting on location
